The apartment is bright and serene, with triple orientation, open views, and a generous south-facing terrace, perfect for al fresco meals, sunbathing, relaxing, or even working under the open sky. A well-equipped kitchen and dining space flow into a spacious living area that continues onto the terrace, creating a comfortable setting for both leisure and everyday living.
Ideal for friends or families with children over 10, the sleeping quarters include one double bedroom with a queen-sized bed that opens directly onto the terrace and surrounding nature, and a second bedroom with two single beds overlooking a blooming white oleander.
