Please note: You can cancel your agreement after giving 4 weeks notice to the property (prior to move in), after which you won't be liable for the rent also the placement fee is non refundable in this case.
If you want to terminate your tenancy agreement after moving into the property before your scheduled departure date:
1. You will have to provide 1 Month's notice and also find a replacement tenant for your room.
2. The replacement tenant will have to pay will have to pay the CAD 250 placement fee again.
1. You need to pay a security deposit which is 50% of 1 month's rent, to secure your room with the property.
2. This is refundable at the end of the tenancy period less any deductions and pending charges.
Rent needs to be paid monthly, in advance.
Credit card, debit card, wire transfer.
You do not require a guarantor to secure your room with the property.
One time Placement fee - CAD 250
Utility Fee of CAD 50 pm includes all utilities (electricity, wi-fi, water)

- The CA$50 holding fee is fully refundable within 6 days of payment. Full refund is applicable whether your booking is finalized with Amber or even if we're unable to find a suitable match for you
