The house has 120 m2 and is distributed in 6 independent rooms, kitchen, dining room and two full bathrooms. All rooms are exterior and very bright with great views of Cartagena since the house is located on the tenth floor. It has a good orientation at midday.

Kitchen: 2 refrigerators, microwave, 3-burner gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, complete kitchenware included.
Dining room: Table with 6 chairs and pantry cabinets (1 for each room)
2 full bathrooms with a shower tray each.

Weekly cleaning of common areas
1 month deposit plus one month's rent in advance.
They are rented to students and officials. Couples are not accepted in the same room. Pets are not accepted. You cannot smoke inside the house.
