You will only have a fixed cost of 380 euros for entry to the apartment (You pay only once upon booking) which includes drafting and registration of the contract (taxes and stamps), a monthly professional cleaning of the common areas, cleaning of your room before your entrance and after your leaving, insurance, ordinary maintenance necessary throughout the duration of the contract.
The rooms are furnished and the apartments are equipped with basic kitchen equipment.
