You would only share the extensive garden, where you can find a barbecue, ping pong table, and a large pool to enjoy with friends, family, and fellow colivers from all around the world.
This charming 45 m2 apartment is ideal for couples or young individuals seeking greater privacy and comfort. The initial space comprises a 15 m2 living and dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a small refrigerator, lovingly decorated with everything you need for an unforgettable experience.
The apartment comes with its own laundry facilities and a private full bathroom, complete with a shower, toilet, and sink.
The second space is a generous 9 m2 bedroom. This beautiful room features a comfortable double bed (140 cm) and has its own air conditioning system, in addition to central heating.

All prices for our rental rooms are all-inclusive:

Up to €60/month for room utilities (water, electricity, gas) per room and month – €90/month for two people.

💵 REQUIREMENTS:
+ 100€/month in case the room is rented by two people for rooms adapted for two people.
+ The admin fee of 250€ is per person.
+ Credit or debit card is a requirement. All the payments will be automatically deducted from the chosen card during your stay.
