It is a medium sized room (10m2) and bright, with an exterior window.

The room has central heating radiators for the coldest winter nights.

It has a double bed of 140cm with canapé, to gain even more storage space, a very comfortable mattress, a large two-door closet to organize all your clothes and a large workstation of 73x48cm, with a chair adapted to work or study remotely.

The room is equipped with WiFi.

Welcome to our Coliving house in the outskirts of Barcelona, in an idyllic location, surrounded by gardens, nature, with swimming pool and only 35 minutes by train from the center of Barcelona.

This Coliving house is located in the urbanization of Bellaterra, very close to the university campuses of UAB and ESADE.

This house has 3 bedrooms, one of them for single use and two of them adapted for couples or partners, completely renovated and super well equipped with the utmost care and affection.

It is a super bright and spacious house and has a huge living room completely outside but is very well insulated because you do not hear any noise from the street inside the house.

The jewel of this wonderful house: a garden area surrounded by nature, an outdoor terrace with different seating areas, a barbecue to enjoy in your free time with your new companions and a very large communal pool and ideal for summer!

fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, a complete mixer and all utensils for cooking and eating. It also has a washing machine to do your laundry whenever you want in the most comfortable way.

The house has air conditioning in the living room so that everyone can enjoy it. It also has heating in all rooms and common areas.

The house is located 10 minutes walk from the Bellaterra train stop that connects Barcelona center with a train frequency every 10 minutes. Also, at the same walking distance from the house, you will find all the services that you will need during your stay, such as supermarkets, gym, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, hairdresser, etc.
