There is a walk-in closet with plenty of rack space for clothes and shelves with a bench to sit down and put on your shoes. The room also features a RoKU Smart TV. This PadSplit has a fenced Backyard featuring a deck with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Inside, there are two Dining areas and multiple workstations. The living room has a large sectional sofa, desk and Firestick TV.

The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, as well as garbage disposal.

The neighborhood is near Independence Blvd, which means you won’t be far from all Charlotte has to offer. It's a 10 minute drive to Uptown.
