This house is being presented as a co-living home for the first time. The renovations have just been finished, and it is ready to welcome you. A lot of care and persistence went into bringing it to the finish line, so it can be your start line into the next phase of your life.
All new flooring, rooms refinished throughout, bathrooms redone, and fresh paint. The kitchen was already pretty nice, so it was given fresh paint and comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, as well as basic cookware. All furniture is new, and we chose upper end mattresses like we would for ourselves. New linens included.
You will be starting a new co-living community experience which we have worked hard to prepare for your success. We are looking for members who will appreciate and care for this home as if it were your own. We want you to be happy here.
