Perfect location for a visitor interested in the impressive, bohemian features of the south of the city. Writers, home office expats, exchange students of Tec de Monterrey CCM, CEPE/ UNAM, UVM and other schools to the city south find excellent transport connections: Line 2 metro (blue line), tren ligero, several trolebus routes, urban ecobike system. Cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, fresh food street markets, movie theaters and cultural centers.
Garden-facing bedrooms feature a double bed, a desk, large closets, lamps. Each room has its own shower bathroom either ensuite, or right next to it.
Bedrooms are for 1 person only, no pets. Occasional visitors are allowed.
Long stays are preferred (+6 months), in which case a discount can be discussed.
