- Prices listed are per person, per month.
- Payment can be made in 12 equal installments by online money transfer, credit/debit card, or ACH electronic checking. A convenience fee is applicable in the case of credit/debit card payments.
- An annual administrative fee of $600 or $150 with an approved guarantor is required at the time of booking.
- Also, a $30 application fee is required.
- Residents will be responsible for his or her pro-rata share of electricity and water charges during the term of the Agreement.
