Located in the heart of Como (Como Sole area), in a strategic location for those who need access to public transportation (bus stops just 2 minutes from the apartment for getting around town) or to train stations heading toward Switzerland or Milan (the apartment is less than 2 km from the Como Camerlata station and 2.5 km from the Como San Giovanni station), this apartment was designed for those seeking a balance between professional life and creative pursuits.

The living area is a designer open-concept space flooded with natural light from afternoon through evening, featuring a spacious living room that flows seamlessly into a modern, fully equipped kitchen.
The real highlight is the balcony: a private window offering a panoramic view of Lake Como and the dome of the Duomo, providing a unique setting for your moments of relaxation.
