Interior single room, very quiet, ideal for university students. It is fully furnished and consists of modern furniture. It includes a 105 cm bed, a bedside table, a desk, a very large wardrobe, a chair, a shelf, and a study lamp. Community and water costs are included in the price of the room. However, electricity bills and natural gas will be paid separately among all tenants.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor, but the building has an elevator. It is very spacious and houses 4 single bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the rooms has a private bathroom, which will be used exclusively by the student who occupies it, while the other bathroom will be shared among the three remaining rooms. On the other hand, it also has central heating and air conditioning. The main living room is very wide, with modern furniture purchased from Ikea and an outside balcony.

In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped: it has an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a room for the washing machine. Just 8 minutes walking from the Train Station with connection to the Rabanales Campus; about 4 minutes on foot from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters; around 25 minutes from the Faculty of Law; approximately 10 minutes to the city center, and 50 meters from the main bus stops.

The flat is located in Ciudad Jardín, the most popular neighbourhood with the most international atmosphere in the city, highly valued among Erasmus students, both international and Spanish. The location of the neighbourhood makes it ideal for students as it is very close to both train and bus stations, making it very convenient for students who have to take a daily train to Rabanales or for those who travel often. It also stands out for its large number of shops, supermarkets, gyms, parks, pubs, bars and terraces, and for its proximity to the city centre (only 5 minutes walking). The Faculty of Philosophy is also within walking distance. The nerve centre of the neighbourhood is Plaza Costa Sol, from where you can take the bus to the Faculty of Law.
