Individual interior room, perfect for studying. Completely furnished: single size bed, a big wardrobe with shelves, desk, chair,desk lamp, bedside table. It has a space heater. The price includes the community expenses. The wifi, electricity, water, butane gas and internet registry and installation expenses have to be paid as an extra by all the tenants.
The flat is located on a 1th floor and has 4 rooms, 3 individuals and 1 double, and 2 bathrooms, one shared and other private for the double room. It is very spacious and bright and has a big living room with TV and a balcony. It has a very spacious kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, fridge and washing machine. 4 minutes away from the train and bus stations with direct connections to Rabanales Campus. 8 minutes away from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters. 25 minutes away from the Faculty of Law. 6 minutes away from the city center.

If you are going to arrive to Córdoba out of office hours and you want to go into the flat immediately we will send one person to open the door with a cost of 15€ (from Mondays to Fridays) or 25€ (weekends). CIUDAD JARDÍN
The apartment is located in Ciudad Jardín, the most popular neighbourhood among the students, both international and Spanish. It has an international atmosphere. The location of the neighbourhood is perfect for students because is very near of the train and bus stations and is very comfortable for those students which have to take a daily train to go to Rabanales Campus or for those who travel regularly. The neighbourhood also stands out because you can find many shops, supermarkets, gyms, parks, pubs, bars and terraces there and is near of the city center (only 5 minutes away by foot). The Faculty of Filosofía is within easy walking distance. The centre point of the neighbourhood is Plaza Costa Sol. From there you can get a bus that will take you straight to the Faculty of Law.
