Individual exterior room, very bright. Completely furnished: 105 cms bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, study lamp and bedside table. Air conditioner and heating appliance. Community and water expenses are included in the price. Wifi, electricity, butane gas and internet registry and installation expenses have to be paid as an extra.
The flat is placed in Costa Sol square, in the neighbourhood of Ciudad Jardin. The flat has an elevator and all the rooms are very bright. The flat has two bathrooms to share between all the tenants. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a microwave, an oven and a fridge. Moreover, the flat is equipped with an air conditioner in the living room and in the rooms 1,3,4 and 5. It is 6 minutes walking from the train station with connection to the Rabanales Campus, 5 minutes walking from the faculty of Philosophy and Letters, 30 minutes walking from the Faculty of Law, 8 minutes walking from the city centre and 50 metres from the m(hidden)us stops connecting different university zones and other several points in Cordoba.

If you are going to arrive to Córdoba out of office hours and you want to go into the flat immediately we will send one person to open the door with a cost of 15€ (from Mondays to Fridays) or 25€ (weekends). CIUDAD JARDÍN
The apartment is located in Ciudad Jardín, the most popular neighbourhood among the students, both international and Spanish. It has an international atmosphere. The location of the neighbourhood is perfect for students because is very near of the train and bus stations and is very comfortable for those students which have to take a daily train to go to Rabanales Campus or for those who travel regularly. The neighbourhood also stands out because you can find many shops, supermarkets, gyms, parks, pubs, bars and terraces there and is near of the city center (only 5 minutes away by foot). The Faculty of Filosofía is within easy walking distance. The centre point of the neighbourhood is Plaza Costa Sol. From there you can get a bus that will take you straight to the Faculty of Law.
