Das gemütliche Apartment in der Dortmunder Innenstadt verfügt über eine Wohnfläche von 25 Qm. In dem Wohnraum finden Sie einen kombinierten Wohn- und Schlafbereich für bis zu vier Personen vor, mit einem großen Doppelbett, einer ausklappbaren Couch und einem Extrabett, auch einen Fernseher gibt es hier. In der angrenzenden Küchenzeile gibt Sie einen Wasserkocher, eine Kaffeemaschine sowie einen Toaster. Im Eingangsbereich des Apartments finden Sie das Badezimmer, mit Dusche und Föhn. Falls Sie Waschen oder Bügeln möchten, sei auch dafür gesorgt.
Das Apartmentgebäude befindet sich in der Dortmunder Innenstadt. Von hier sind es nur wenige Minuten bis Sie den öffentlichen Verkehr erreichen, Bars, Restaurants und sämtliche Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs.
* Stromverbrauch ist mit 60 kWh pro Monat sowie Kaltwasserverbrauch mit 2,6 m3, Warmwasser mit 1 m3 pro Monat und Heizung 60 Einheiten in den Mietpreis inkludiert.
Bei einer Überschreitung der Verbrauchsgrenze für Heizung, Wasser und Strom führt, steht dem Vermieter eine Nachzahlung zu. Der Vermieter erstellt dazu eine Abrechnung zu den im Mietvertrag festgelegten Stückkosten.

This cosy apartment in the city centre of Dortmund has a living space of 25 sqm. In the living room you will find a combined living and sleeping area for up to four people, with a large double bed, a fold-out couch and an extra bed, there is also a TV here. In the adjoining kitchenette you will find a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. In the entrance area of the apartment you will find the bathroom, with shower and hairdryer. If you want to wash or iron, you can do so as well.
The apartment building is located in the city centre of Dortmund. From here it is only a few minutes to reach public transport, bars, restaurants and all shops for daily needs.
* Electricity consumption of 60 kWh per month as well as cold water consumption of 2,6 m3, hot water of 1 m3 per month and heating of 60 units are included in the rent.
If the consumption limit for heating, water and electricity is exceeded, the landlord is entitled to an additional payment. For this purpose, the landlord shall issue a bill based on the unit costs specified in the rental agreement.
