Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, Herd, Wasserkocher, Toaster, sowie Geschirr und Besteck. Die WG befindet sich im 1.OG.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine Bank, Post und Apotheken.
Mit der S-Bahn und U-Bahn hat man eine sehr gute Anbindung in alle Richtungen.
Die Mieter sind dafür verantwortlich, die Wohnung während ihres Aufenthalts sauber zu halten.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass eine obligatorische Gebühr für Bettwäsche von 30 EUR erhoben wird.

WG is furnished and equipped.
There are 7 rooms in total, a big kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 showers.
Washing machine and Wi-Fi are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven, a kettle, a toaster as well as utensils.
The WG is located on the first floor. There are several shops, a bank, post office and pharmacies nearby.
The access with public transport is very good in the neighbourhood, there is S-Bahn, subway, as well as bus access and you need some 7 minutes to walk to the pedestrian zone.
Tenants are responsible for keeping the flat clean during their stay.
Please note that there is a mandatory charge of EUR 30 for bed linen.
