Beautiful apartment in a sought-after location in Dortmund city centre south. The old building apartment has a great balcony and two areas. A living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen and a sleeping area with a large bed, wardrobe and separate desk. Home office is a plus in this apartment. The bathroom offers the luxury of a bathtub that invites you to relax. Of course the whole apartment has internet access. In the cellar of the house a washing machine is available for shared use.

In the closer surroundings you will find shopping facilities, restaurants, shops and doctors as well as the Westfalenpark. The apartment is well connected to public transport and there are public parking spaces directly in front of the house. The airports Dortmund and Düsseldorf (international) can be reached within an hour drive.

Schönes Apartment in begehrter Lage in Dortmund Innenstadt Süd. Die Altbauwohnung verfügt über einen tollen Balkon und zwei Bereiche. Einen Wohn- Essbereich mit vollausgestatteter Küche und einen Schlafbereich mit großem Bett, Kleiderschrank und separatem Schreibtisch. Home Office ist in diesem Apartment ein Plus.
