Bright, modern designer apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with underground parking and a communal summer pool. The apartment is located 5 minutes from the Olivar de Quintos Metro station and has excellent access by car to the SE30 and SE40 ring roads.
This apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living-dining room, kitchen, utility room, terrace, and a parking space in the building's underground garage. Residents enjoy the complex's communal amenities, including a paddle tennis court, a communal swimming pool open during June, July, August, and September, and a meeting room furnished with tables and sofas, as well as an outdoor porch. A gym will be built in the near future.
The apartment is located in Olivar de Quintos, in the Montequinto residential area of Dos Hermanas. It takes just 5 minutes by car to reach the SE30 and SE40, the ring roads surrounding Seville. The metro, located a 5-minute walk from the apartment, is an excellent means of transport for visiting Seville's historic center or going to the Nervión or Los Remedios neighborhoods.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom, furnished with a double bed (150 x 200 cm), has direct access to the main bathroom, which includes a bathtub and bidet. It has a three-door wardrobe with drawers and hangers. We have also provided a work desk. The second bedroom can be configured in two ways: either with a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a work desk, or with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Like the master bedroom, it has a three-door wardrobe with drawers and hangers. It is located next to the second bathroom, which has a toilet, sink, and a spacious shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and small appliances. It includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The washing machine is located in the utility room, where you can also hang your laundry. The apartment has an aerothermal hot water system and a centralized air conditioning system with a heat pump (heating and cooling).
The living/dining room is very bright and features a dining table for four, a large sofa with a chaise lounge, and a 55" Smart TV with wired internet access. The living room opens onto a terrace with views of the city of Seville and the communal swimming pool.
