The fully furnished apartment consists of a living room with dining area, sofa and TV, a bedroom with workstation and cozy reading corner as well as a well-equipped kitchen.
The furnishings include a fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster) as well as cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and tea towels.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washer-dryer. Household appliances such as a vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, iron and ironing board as well as bed linen and towels are also provided.
There is also a garden with a view of the Elbe for communal use.
The rent is a flat rate of 950€ including WLAN and all additional costs.

There are a number of restaurants, beer gardens and cafés within walking distance, as well as the Elbe meadows, which are perfect for a stroll.
The Dresdner Heide and the forest park can be reached by bus and train in less than 10 minutes.
