Live in the beautiful Dresdner Plauenschen Grund, close to the city center, in the historic Koenigsmuehle from 1878, which has been completely modernized and converted into loft apartments. Historic elements such as cast-iron columns and beams, as well as the original brick walls, have been perfectly integrated into the modern renovation.
Our 3-room loft apartment on the 3rd floor stands out with its beautiful views of greenery and 3.15 m (10 ft) high ceilings. It has a total living space of 109 sqm and is equipped with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Double-glazed windows ensure quietness, and underfloor heating provides a pleasant warmth.
Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a sun-drenched, open plan living and dining area with a modern, bright kitchen. Large windows shape the space, while the elevated position guarantees privacy.
The living room invites you to relax: a cozy sofa, a lounge chair with footrest, and a large smart TV are at your disposal.
From the south-facing dining area – with a large table directly by the window – you overlook the forest and the Weisseritz river.
The modern, spacious, fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances invites you to cook. Seamlessly connected is a bar counter with barstools, perfect for social gatherings.

Both bedrooms (18 sqm and 20 sqm) feature king-size beds (180 x 200 cm) with nightstands. Bed linen is, of course, provided. Each room also has a large wardrobe (200 x 235 cm) and a luggage stand.
The larger bedroom is perfectly equipped for home office use, with a spacious desk, office chair, flat screen monitor, desk lamp, keyboard, mouse and mouse pad, and drawer unit. High-speed internet (100 Mbps) is available. A safe is also located in this room.
The spacious, modern bathroom with a window features a walk-in shower, bathtub, double sink, and toilet. Included are bath and hand towels, bathmats, hairdryer, body scale, and cosmetic mirror.
The utility room provides a modern washer-dryer, clothes drying rack, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies.
