The 1-room apartment is on the 2nd floor of a three-storey new building that is being built by the “Pieschener Melodien” group. The building is made from sustainable building materials using an ecological construction method and is therefore equipped with a distinctive insulation layer made of natural cork. In the interior, painting and cladding were largely dispensed with, the building material concrete is combined with natural materials such as wood or ceramics. The building has an elevator. The apartment consists of one room with a kitchen and sleeping area and has a large balcony with a view of the allotment gardens. The separate bathroom has a washing machine, sink, shower and toilet. The bathroom receives natural light from outside via a skylight. The building is connected to the municipal district heating network. The apartment has a storage compartment on the property, on which there is also a green area for communal use, a covered bicycle parking space and a parking space for cars that belongs to the apartment.
The apartment is ideal for singles of all ages who want to find a stylish new home in Dresden without much effort. A nice house community and the beautiful surroundings can also contribute to the quick integration into the attractive district of Dresden Pieschen.

The apartment is offered partially furnished. The rent includes a new kitchen, which consists of two kitchenettes with a stove, oven, dishwasher, sink and refrigerator. The stove has a mechanical extractor hood that is guided over the roof. There is a built-in cupboard in the hallway, the sleeping area is equipped with a sofa bed. In the living room there is a fixed bench on the wall, as well as a dining table and two folding chairs. A new washing machine in the bathroom is also part of the equipment. Further equipment can be provided in consultation with the landlord, if this is desired.
