Welcome to the quiet side of Dresden’s Neustadt! I rent out my lovingly furnished apartment for 1 person. It is peacefully located on the edge of Alaunpark, yet only a few minutes’ walk from the colourful and lively Neustadt. The apartment features a balcony, separate kitchen, Wi-Fi and digital TV. An underground parking space is included. Pets are also welcome by prior arrangement. A little home away from home in Dresden – peaceful, yet right in the middle of it all!
