The house is spacious, modern, and very clean. The room available for rent is a cosy small double room in a peaceful, well-maintained home. It features a comfortable bed with underbed storage, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. It’s a warm, cosy space with blackout blinds, ample storage, and kept to a high standard of cleanliness – ideal for someone looking for a quiet, relaxing place to call home. There are 2 bathrooms – one with a bath and shower, and the other with a powerful electric shower – making mornings smooth and stress-free. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including an oven, large fridge freezer, air fryer, washing machine, and a heat pump dryer. There’s plenty of cupboard space and room to cook and share meals in comfort. The home is shared with lovely, considerate housemates who help maintain a friendly, respectful and peaceful atmosphere. Enjoy a peaceful back garden that catches the morning sun – perfect for a quiet coffee to start your day or some fresh air and relaxation.
