THE APARTMENT
Elegant, bright, and fully furnished apartment – attractively furnished – with a loggia in a quiet, green location in Duisburg-Rheinhausen.

Spacious and fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need every day. In addition to a washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, hand blender, kettle, coffee maker, and plenty of work space, the kitchen also offers a small, stylish dining table with two chairs. From here, you can access the loggia with a view of the greenery.

The living room features a comfortable couch, two armchairs, and a smart TV. From here, you can access the bedroom.
The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with two bedside tables and two bedside lamps. A spacious wardrobe with a mirror is also available. A small desk is also available for work. A clothes rack, ironing board, and iron are also provided.
All windows in the apartment are equipped with shutters.
LOCATION AND CONNECTIONS
Rheinhausen Ost train station and the nearest bus stops (Ursulastr. and Werthauser Str.) are just a 5-minute walk away. Direct connections to Duisburg city center and the main train station are provided.
Good access to the A3, A40, A57, and A59 motorways.
Supermarkets (LIDL, EDEKA, Netto), parks (Volkspark Rheinhausen), bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, and snack bars are all within a 5-10-minute walk.
The apartment is located in a residential area. Parking is available around the building.
