Welcome to this design apartment near the Media Harbour! The recently renovated and elegantly furnished apartment is located in the trendy district of Bilk. Designed with efficiency in mind the 32m2 apartment offers everything needed for comfortable and modern living. Using custom-built cabinetry and furnishings zones were created for relaxing, sleeping, dining and a dedicated workspace with tons of storage! Further storage (a walk-in closet) is located under the loft bed and more storage is in the entry hall. A quiet balcony overlooking a small courtyard garden is an ideal place to relax.
The sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable bed (140 x 200). The bathroom aesthetic uses classic elements and modern design with a rain shower, bathtub and washing machine. The kitchen has cooking utensils, crockery, induction hob, microwave, oven, hot air fryer, coffee machine, fridge and freezer. Throughout modern accessories give the apartment a truly spot-on flair!
