This attractive apartment, which is located on the second floor, can be moved in immediately. Here you have a pretty, well-divided room to feel at home in, equipped with a high-quality sofa bed (with mattress and slatted frame, suitable as a "long-term sleeper"), a five-door Interlübke cupboard for hanging and laying items and much more. A special feature is that it not only is there a balcony, but you can also use the garden at the house for your relaxation. Having a kitchen already installed saves you time and effort when you move in, meaning you can start cooking straight away, so to speak. You can also use an existing washing machine in rotation with other tenants if you don't want to bring your own machine.

The property is located in a busy area in Düsseldorf Düsseltal. Several bus lines and the U72 subway line run nearby, 2 minutes away, abou. Within about 10 minutes on foot you can reach a few restaurants, a pharmacy and a bakery, a cobbler and a tailor as well as a few green spaces and parks. The Zoopark as one of the most beautiful parks in the city, the upscale Rethelstrasse shopping mile with all your daily needs, several supermarkets from Aldi to Rewe (Rewe open until midnight) including doctors, post office, dry cleaners, office supplies (Brehmstrasse), tailors (Brehmstrasse ) and clothing stores can be reached on foot within 15-20 minutes, to Königsallee it would be about 35/40 minutes on foot. You can reach both by car in just 3-10 minutes. The nearby Grafenberg Forest is a beautiful recreational area and you can reach the main train station, airport and exhibition center in just a few minutes by car or around 30 minutes by public transport. The connection to the motorway is within a few minutes by car, without long journeys across the city.

The rent is a flat rate that already includes WiFi, electricity and water, unless your consumption would be so extraordinarily high that a subsequent billing would be necessary. The apartment is intended for the use of one tenant.

Stairway cleaning is not the responsibility of the tenant and is included.

House rules: Please leave the furniture and apartment in the same condition, you found.
Barbecue only after asking the facility manager and no football-game in the garden. No loud noises especially after 10 pm.
