This completely renovated, bright apartment in the middle-class Tannenhofsiedlung impresses with its modern design and high level of comfort. In the spacious living room with a slightly separated dining area, you can experience the pleasant warmth of underfloor heating in the cool season, while the perfect insulation and all KNX-controlled roller shutters ensure pleasant coolness in the rooms in midsummer. There is also efficient air conditioning in the living room and dining room area. The seating area of the existing couch can easily be expanded for a relaxed TV experience or as a guest bed. The floor-to-ceiling windows give you access to your own, approx. 10m2 terrace area, both from here and from the fully equipped, very modern kitchen. Furthermore, a guest toilet was integrated near the entrance area on the ground floor.
