The non-smoking apartment (32 sqm) is located in a well-kept and quiet house.
It is exclusively furnished and fully equipped. In the kitchenette you will find all necessary utensils, such as a coffee machine, pots/pans, glasses, dishes and cutlery. The equipment includes a microwave oven and a dishwasher.
In the living/sleeping area you will find a wide bed (140x200 cm), a cupboard, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, a room divider, a breakfast and coffee table, a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV and a devilishly good stereo. The bathroom is modern and white tiled and equipped with a walk-in rain shower. Move in and enjoy the stay.

The fully furnished apartment is located less than 50 meters from Friedrichstrasse. This is one of the larger shopping streets in Düsseldorf near the famous Königsallee. In the immediate vicinity you will find everything you need from pharmacies to dentists.
The Old Town, Media Harbour and museums as well as the opera and various theatres can be reached within a short time.
From the apartment you can reach the main station, the Düsseldorf fair, the motorway or the airport within a short time.
