This cozy one-room apartment is newly renovated, fully equipped and perfectly located in the city center - in one of the most popular districts of Düsseldorf (Düsseltal)
The studio offers space for up to 2 people. It is newly renovated and fully equipped with a queen-size bed, new pocket spring mattresses and high quality bedding for the best sleeping comfort. You will also find a large closet, a bedside lamp, blackout curtains, a full-length mirror.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, small oven, large fridge, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, hairdryer, iron and much more. Next to the kitchen there is a small dining area, which can also be used perfectly as a home office base.
Last but not least, a smart home door lock system (NUKI) has been installed, allowing you to open/lock your door with your smartphone. Wifi and all amenities are included in the rent.

The apartment is located in Düsseldorf-Düsseltal - one of the most popular districts of Düsseldorf. The old town, the Kö, the Hofgarten, the Rhine etc. can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes or by streetcar in 4 minutes! Directly opposite is a bus/tram stop (Uhlandstr.), which is just a short walk away.
