The flat is located on the 6th floor of a residential and commercial building on Kaiserstrasse in the heart of Düsseldorf. The
flat faces south-west and has a beautiful sunny balcony. If the sun is too intense,
you can draw the thermal curtains.

Upon entering the flat, you will find yourself in a small hallway with a beautiful mirror. Adjacent to this is the bathroom with a round shower,

The entire floor of the flat is uniformly covered with white stoneware tiles.
The living room/bedroom has a kitchenette, complemented by a variable kitchen unit with a microwave
and baking function. There is also storage space for pots and pans. The coffee machine
and toaster are located on the worktop and can be conveniently moved into the right position when eating.
In the kitchenette, you can cook on a 2-burner stove, the sink is next to it and the refrigerator is located under the worktop.
Direct lighting of the worktop is possible.
The large round table seats 4 people and is located in front of the kitchenette. It can also be used as a work surface.
A beautiful chandelier provides pleasant lighting and completes the picture.
A spacious wardrobe and a 1.20 x 2 m box-spring bed are available in the sleeping area.
In the living area in front of the panoramic window, a leather sofa (pull-out) and a small armchair offer space to relax.
A large TV with a variable wall mount is mounted above the chest of drawers opposite.
An intercom and door opener are available. In the basement, there is a separate compartment that can be used together with the
owner. You can also store your bicycle here safely.
There is a laundry room in the basement where you can do your laundry. Tokens are available from the caretaker
