This beautiful studio is located on the 2nd floor, has a living area of about 32sqm and can accommodate up to two people.
The living area is also the sleeping area and awaits the two tenants with a large double bed facing the flat screen TV, at the foot of the bed. A wood-colored closet stands right next to it, providing ample space to store the tenants' clothes. A small table with glass top next to the bed offers a pleasant seating for two people. The cozy gray sofa on the opposite wall invites you to relax and unwind after work. Wi-Fi is of course included in the apartment and can be used by the renter free of charge.
Further, back in the room you enter directly into the kitchen. Here you will find: a refrigerator, a kettle, a stove, a microwave, as well as dishes and cutlery.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a toilet and a sink. In addition, towels and a hairdryer are ready for the renters. Of course, a washing machine is also available for the tenants' use in the apartment.
The apartment is located close to the main train station and thus has an excellent location and connection to the public transport network. The bus stop "Oststraße" is about 100 m away, the subway station "Steinstr. / Königsallee" is about 270 m away. The main train station of Düsseldorf itself is about 600 m away and can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. The various supermarkets and grocery stores are also easily accessible within a 5-minute walk.
