The tram stops Domplatz, Fischmarkt or Augustinerkloster can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The flat is on the ground floor and has its own terrace facing the quiet inner courtyard. The bedroom also faces the inner courtyard, so that a peaceful night's sleep is guaranteed. The flat has a comfortable eat-in kitchen. The windows let a lot of light into the flat. The rent includes all costs for WLAN, electricity, water and heating.
