The property is a former farmhouse in a second-row location. The complex is charming and well maintained and secure
The cleaning fee upon moving out can be avoided if the tenant returns his room and the communal area in a fully cleaned state also returning his bed stuff cleaned.
The difference in rent in Summer months (cheaper) and winter months (more expensive) is explained by a heating surcharge which is due only during the heating period.
