The room about 14m2 is in a shared apartment. Current tenants are international students/Intern. They are nice, tidy, disciplined and friendly maintaining the flat in good condition with a weekly cleaning schedule. Sometimes they spend time together for coffee or dinner.
Size of entire flat: 88m2, 4 bedrooms, bath+WC+WC (separate)
Location: Elsankuja five....about 500 meter to metro station, also a big shopping mall with name "Iso Omena". Metro runs 7 min to Aalto's Otaniemi campus, 18 min to Center of Helsinki (Kamppi).
Private housing area with quiet and peaceful neighberhood and close to nature. There are also many bus lines to different directions. Three grocery stores are within 200...300m, sports hall, sports park, seaside all are within walking distance. More services and restaurants are located inside shopping mall and newly built swimming pool about 600m.
condition: very good and clean. Due to shared flat, there is a "General Rule" (how to share), and a Cleaning Schedule for weekly cleaning work every one should take.

Note: tenant will agree to compensate landlord’s commission fee 130 euro to Housinganywhere if rental period is shorter than 5 months. This fee can be paid when you arrive to Finland

Deposit: 800e (refundable within 2 weeks after contract expires).
Home insurance: tenant must purchase a home insurance and keep it valid during stay (estimated cost about 15..18e/month). You will get detailed instruction after booking is accepted.

When applying, please, tell something about yourself (age, gender, school campus, home university, gender preference to share the flat....) for the purpose that my tenants will, to maximum degree, match each other.
No smoking. No pets. No couples. No parties. No deep-frying in the kitchen.
