The flat is located in a quiet and peaceful private housing condominium with good shopping and transportation connections (bus stop 200 m, metro station/shopping center "Lippulaiva" 450 m. Metro runs 15 min to Aalto University (Otaniemi campus) and Helsinki city center about 26 min, close to nature and 950m from the sea.
-Apartment size: 116 m2, laundry- , drying- and bicycle room are just at downstairs, sauna- and gym room are at adjacent building, and BBQ fire place is in the yard (front of building).

-Condition: very good and very clean, tenants follow a “weekly cleaning schedule”
-Transportation: to Aalto University Otaniemi campus (15 min by metro), Helsinki city center (26 min by metro).

Bus line 542 runs to Espoo keskus in 34min including walking,
Bus line 510 to Aalto Otaniemi campus in 33min including walking.
