In addition to the comfortable 180 x 200 cm bed, 2 cozy sofa beds offer a lot of comforts and invite you to relax. The stylish clothes rail is built from water pipes and not only looks good but in combination with the dresser offers enough space for your clothes. The 55 inches (140 cm) 4k Samsung Smart TV can be rotated 90 degrees. So you can watch your favorite series on Netflix from the comfort of your bed or armchairs.
The kitchen offers enough inventory to whip up a 4-course meal. In addition to the large refrigerator, ceramic hob with oven and dishwasher, there is also a Senseo coffee maker (including pods), a kettle, as well as a toaster for you. The kitchen table can seat up to 4 people and can also be used for working. Sufficient spices, as well as a tea selection, are in the cupboard. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower. Public transport is in 200 m distance (subway / bus / cab). The main train station is only 1, the fair Essen, as well as the Gruga Park 3 stops away.
In 2 minutes you can reach the A40, in 6 minutes the A52 direction Düsseldorf.
Parking spaces are available around the apartment. You will receive a visitor parking permit from me!
