The newly renovated and bright 2-room apartment is on the top floor (2nd floor) of a well-kept 6-party house.
The apartment is located in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood in Essen's southern district. There is a small park directly behind the house. The transport connection is ideal: the A52 motorway can be reached in 2 minutes and the nearest bus stop is 200m away. The rest of the infrastructure in this part of the city is also very good, with shops (approx. 500m), a bakery (200m) and the proximity to the center and Rüttenscheid as a place to go out.
The well-designed and newly furnished apartment has a spacious kitchen including a dining table, a cozy living room, a bedroom with a walk-in closet and a bathroom with daylight.
It has a brandnew working desk with a comfortable chair in the living room.
The floor has been changed a few years ago in the hallway and in the kitchen with a modern vinyl floor with a wood look fitted.
There is carpet in the living room and bedroom. The apartment has plastic windows with double glazing.
