Location: The Flat is really very good located in the nice neighbourhood "Holsterhausen", which is 15 mins away from the famous out-going Area "Rüttenscheid" and University Hospital "Uniklinikum Essen", 8 Mins from main train station "Hauptbahnhof" (only 2 stations with underground, which is just behind the house) and 20 Mins from thyssenkrupp head quarters. Just 5 mins walking from the flat you have everything you need for daily stuff and a lot of coffees, bars and restaurants. Behind the house is a underground which takes you directly to the city (downtown) and to university of Essen-Duisburg in 15-20 mins.
The Loft-Apartment is due to its location perfect for doctors who work for the Uni-Klinikum, young professionals, project workers, or students.
