If you have a car, there is also free and easy parking in the area.
Travel cot and high chair available for free, please ask before the check-in.
Monthly rentals: Expenses (Electricity, Water, Gas...) are included in the price until max .: € 100
Tourist City Tax: if applicable, it will be charged at check-in.
Last month ́s rent payable in advance: mandatory for stays of 4 months or more
In case of early departure, the security deposit will be charged.
