Considerate House Rules: We maintain a peaceful environment. Parties and loud music are not permitted, and quiet hours are observed from 23:00 to 07:00.

Inclusive Costs: Gas and internet are included in the rent. Electricity and water are covered up to €100 and €40, respectively.
Tourist Tax: A tourist tax of €2 per person per night (max €14 per person) is applicable and collected in cash on arrival. Children under thirteen are exempt from this tax.
