The living room has a TV, a sofa, and access to the balcony and the kitchen is fully equipped, including: a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine. What more could you want? There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Monthly rentals: Expenses (Electricity, Water, Gas...) are included in the price until max .: € 100
Tourist City Tax: if applicable, it will be charged at check-in.
Last month ́s rent payable in advance: mandatory for stays of 4 months or more
In case of early departure, the security deposit will be charged.
