This modern and new apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator. This luxurious apartment, complete with every comfort, it has a large living room with a shared kitchen with all the tenants (4 girls) and balcony on the internal courtyard, 4 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, plasma TV in the living room, 2 washing machine, microwave oven and normal oven, wifi.

The property is located in a well-served area, in Via dei Martiri del Popolo, in the center, at 2 minutes walking to Piazza Santa Croce and Piazza del DUOMO. It is a very convenient and nearby different university. This location is close to shops, supermarket, restaurants, and historical landmarks. Public transportation is available and connects the neighborhood with all part of Florence

RECURRENT EXPENSES TO PAY:

This agency fee includes check-in and check-out costs, contract registration, maintenance costs, assistance in case of breakdown of appliances, WA group dedicated to H24 assistance during the entire period of stay.

- DEPOSIT: a deposit of € 1400 is required at the entrance, which will be returned at the end of the period in the absence of damage to the property.
