Newly renovated apartment located on the 3-floor of a building with a panoramic glass elevator. It offers you a double bedroom in a shared apartament ,with a private bathroom inside the bedroom and studio space outside room . This place is shared with 2 students and it is suitable for 3 people in total.

The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a kitchen, an entrance, a living room, a balcony, and a staircase. The bedroom is furnished with a studio zone outside the room with two desks, lights, bedroom with bathroom in Velux window, wardrobes, makeup bag, one big bed. All comfort and equipment are available for you to ease your stay and enjoy your student in Florence.

The property is located in a VERY VERY CENTRAL POSITION -SANTA CROCE ZONE - well-served area, in Via dei Martiri del Popolo, 4 minutes walk from the DUOMO, 10 from the station, - very central and comfortable zone . This location is close to shops, supermarket, restaurants, and historical landmarks. Public transportation is available and connects the neighborhood with all part of Florence.

RECURRENT EXPENSES TO PAY:
The monthly rent NOT includes expenses , Wi-FI and Utilities for euro 120 fix price+20 condominium with elevator + 40 euro for gas this last one is not fix price . (* NB: at the end of the rental period an adjustment will be made on actual consumption for utilities.) final price € 740+40 gas

EXPENSES TO PAY ONLY ONCE:
- AGENCY FEE: one-time agency fee will be requested at the entrance, to be paid only once.
This agency fee includes check-in and check-out costs, contract registration, maintenance costs, assistance in case of breakdown of appliances, WA group dedicated assistance during the entire period of stay.

- ONE TIME SERVICE FEE DI HOUSINGANYWHERE. When booking, a one-time service fee is required by the HousingAnywhere platform.

- DEPOSIT: a deposit of € two time the price of rent with bills fix part-- is required at the entrance, which will be returned at the end of the period in the absence of damage to the property.
