Are you a student? Are you looking for a nice room to move in? This new apartment on the second floor located in via Dei Serragli and it offers you a single room. This shared apartment is part of a completely renovated building and it is rented just for STUDENT!

The offered room ) is comfy and spacious. It is furnished with a big bed, coat rack, all drawer on the wall, bedside table with drawer. This apartment (120m2) counts a large living entrance, a kitchen, a spiral staircase, two single attic rooms with en-suite bathroom, a single room, another small single room on the living floor that share a bathroom with a double room. All comfort is available to ease your stay

The property is located in via Dei Serragli, Florence Centro, just 9min from POLIMODA. This neighborhood is located in a central position and surrounded by parks, museum and different landmarks. Shops, restaurants, supermarket all are there to ease your life. Public Transportation is available too and it is well connected with other parts of the city. Please enjoy Florence.

RECURRENT EXPENSES TO PAY:
The monthly rent it is € 550 + € 100 includes expenses for condominium fees; Wi-FI and Utilities. INCLUDED all bills the price is fix --the only not included in the gas payed for euro 35,00 ta month (* NB: at the end of the rental period an adjustment will be made on actual consumption for utilities.)

RENTAL PERIOD:
-12 MONTHS, no shorter periods are accepted

EXPENSES TO PAY ONLY ONCE:
- AGENCY FEE: a fee of € 552 will be requested at the entrance, to be paid only once.
This agency fee includes check-in and check-out costs, contract registration, maintenance costs, assistance in case of breakdown of appliances, WA group dedicated to assistance during the entire period of stay.

- ONE TIME SERVICE FEE of HOUSINGANYWHERE. When booking, a one-time service fee is required by the HousingAnywhere platform.

- DEPOSIT: a deposit of € 1300 is required at the entrance, which will be returned at the end of the period in the absence of damage to the property.
