Rifredi area, strategic and coveted location, we rent a beautiful suite room Simple Room specially renovated to offer comfort and convenience to our students. The room is equipped with a half-sized bed, 3-door wardrobe, desk with storage, bedside table, curtains, mirror, bookcase, armchair.

Located on the second floor, bright and very spacious. 98 m2 of surface. It consists of a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 4 single rooms. The apartment is excellently renovated according to all that our students need. Equipped with WI-FI, washing machine, equipped kitchen.

The area is residential and the context is particularly peaceful and highly appreciated by students.
Very well served area, close to all the main services, such as supermarket, tramway stop, pharmacy. A few steps from the university centre of Careggi.
If you decide to rent this room you DO NOT NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT!
COSTS
The administration fee is requested in order to cover:
-entrance fee
-contract registration tax
-stamps for contract registration
-final cleaning of the room
-final painting
-insurance
-contractual registration practice
It is possible to check-in from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 20.00 in the evening.
Please, note that check in on Saturdays and Sundays and during the week after 20.00 will be allowed only in exceptional cases and 60 euro extra will be charged (specified below as Optional Service Cost).
