The Residence Case Nuove apartment is located in the Ponte a Greve district in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Florence, well connected to the city center and rich in services and green spaces, 20 minutes by tram from the city center.
Our apartment is located on the ground floor of a newly renovated residential complex, with private parking (a real plus  in Florence!) and a double garden for relaxing after your days of sightseeing.
It’s the ideal starting point for visiting Florence, reachable by tram in 20 minutes, and Tuscany, and a base for your leisure and business trips. 
You can indeed park your car and easily reach the Fortezza da Basso, home to exhibitions and displays, or the most iconic and ancient monuments of our beautiful city by public transport. 
Another plus are the 2 gardens in front of and behind the apartment that rest the eye and mind as soon as you wake up, or as soon as you return from the city chaos.
Set in a private, relaxing and quiet context, the apartment is completely new and equipped with all the most modern comforts for a stay like at home.
Perfect for a couple seeking tranquility, or for families, or for small groups of friends who want to explore the city and its surroundings but without having to live in the city chaos, our apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. 
Once you reach the gate, you access the  meticulously maintained garden, equipped with an awning, table and chairs for your outdoor lunches or dinners. 
From here the entrance door leads to the very bright living room with a kitchenette, equipped with everything needed to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner whenever you wish.
(kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc).
The living room is furnished with a table and chairs and a design sofa that transforms into a comfortable double bed to accommodate larger groups, or families.
Touches of color here and there give personality to the environment and make it welcoming and warm. 
From the living room, you access a hallway, with a large wardrobe and washing machine. 
The double bedroom is the real gem of the house with its large wrought iron bed and the view of the rear garden, also equipped with a table and chairs for your breakfasts in privacy and relaxation. 
A large and modern bathroom with shower completes the house.
