A cleaning lady periodically cleans all common areas (kitchen, living room, bathrooms, stairs). Tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition. Staff will regularly check that this is respected.
Payment Details
Upon booking: One month’s rent.
Upon arrival:
Security deposit (refundable at departure, minus any damages)
One-time admin fee (covers emergency assistance, support during your stay, contract registration, and ordinary maintenance)
During the stay: Rent must be paid within the first 5 days of each month.
Utilities included: water, electricity, gas, heating, taxes, condominium expenses, Wi-Fi, and periodic cleaning of common areas.
Possibility of rent for two people with a supplement.
