The apartment consists of large living room with kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms double, and laundry/utility room with washer and dryer.

This property s located in CENTRO - Porta Romana, beginning of Via Senese just before the Boboli Gardens / Pitti. The area is well served by different amenities; shops, restaurants, and bars. The public transportation is well connected to all part of Florence.

RECURRENT EXPENSES TO PAY:

EXPENSES TO PAY ONLY ONCE:

- DEPOSIT: a deposit of € 580 is required at the entrance, which will be returned at the end of the period in the absence of damage to the property.
