Si affitta una bellissima stanza singola ristrutturata appositamente pensata per offrire comfort e comodità agli studenti. La stanza è dotata di letto a una piazza e mezza, armadio a due ante, scrivania con lampada da tavolo, comodino, tendaggi, specchio, scarpiera, libreria, mensole, accesso al balcone.
Tutte le stanze sono moderne, luminose e curate nel minimo dettaglio.
Located on the third floor, bright and spacious, with new furnishings and a surface area of 100 sqm. It consists of an eat-in kitchen, 1 bathroom, 4 single rooms, and 2 balconies. The apartment has been excellently renovated to provide everything our students may need. It is equipped with unlimited Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Viale Spazzoli is a central area, and the neighborhood is particularly residential and pleasant. The area is very well served and close to all main amenities such as supermarkets, shops, and pharmacies. The bus stop is right outside the building, and it is just a few minutes from the university.
A beautiful single room is available for rent, newly renovated and specifically designed to offer comfort and convenience to students. The room is equipped with a French-size bed, a two-door wardrobe, a desk with a table lamp, a bedside table, curtains, a mirror, a shoe rack, a bookcase, shelves, and access to the balcony.
All the rooms are modern, bright, and carefully designed down to the smallest detail.
