Very bright, welcoming and representative apartment in a particularly beautiful, spacious classic old-style building. It offers numerous very well preserved old-style elements such as the high, stucco decorated ceilings, historic oak parquet flooring in all living rooms, large and high windows, coffered doors, double-wing doors and hidden sliding doors as well as art nouveau radiators. The apartment invites to relax and at the same time be in the middle of life.
The rear section offers a beautiful, tranquil view of the surrounding, extensive gardens with large, old trees as well as the Museum Park towards the banks of the river Main. In winter, the impressive skyline shines through the uncovered treetops. Thanks to its immediate proximity to Schweizer Platz, it is also possible to enjoy a wide range of cultural and culinary delights. The central hallway leads into the light-flooded, spacious living room, where the first morning light coming in via the south-facing balcony refreshes the soul. Through a classic double sliding door with numerous glass cassettes, the bright central room with its bay window and second access to the north-facing balcony allows for numerous living options.
